Damien has been working in the industry since 1994, bringing a wealth of experience to Soul Build & Design. He specialises in building solutions that lead to efficient construction methods, saving both time and money. He is passionate about mentoring and supporting his team through on-site training, further education, and a "family first" attitude.

Damien fosters a collaborative and supportive company culture, constantly seeking ways to add value for clients and professionals through innovative construction and design alternatives.

His expertise lies in navigating complex builds, including architectural renovations and terrace houses in Sydney's Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

We partner with homeowners, architects and designers in Sydney's Inner West (Balmain, Annandale, Stanmore & surrounds), Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and Wollongong who are undertaking architecturally designed renovations, particularly those involving terrace houses and other challenging builds. If you are homeowner we are happy to recommend a designer or architect.

We are also available to work on commercial projects - $3M and under. 

Our ideal clients are seeking high-quality craftsmanship and a collaborative approach.
